Dental FlossFlossing is a vital part of preventive care. Flossing helps to minimise plaque build up and keep gums healthy, preventing gingivitis. Flossing once a day is adequate.

Make sure to gently slide the floss between the teeth and under the gum. Make sure to ask your Hygienist to answer any questions you may have about flossing.

We also provide flossing assisting tools and interproximal brushes which are an alternative to traditional flossing.
